When we talk about the law of attraction we often have a romantic idea of it, sometimes we also talk about Soul Mate but we still have the idea that they are two equal things that attract each other.

In fact, during a course, I was made an observation about this when I was talking about the fact that attraction, and therefore life, is made up of two entities that are complementary rather than equal… I was told instead that in nature it is obvious that we seek out people who are like us, who get along with us, who have the same values. This is where attraction lies, because equal elements are coherent with each other and therefore generate life!
In another course I was told that regarding polarities, reference is often made to the fact that existence presents itself in a dual form, such as light and shadow, black and white, and therefore reality, creation, is composed of ordered pairs of opposites.
So life, if these two beliefs were true, there should be a connection, a relationship between these two statements or one of the two is true to the detriment of the other.
There’s a little problem!
In today’s society there are many beliefs that have made their way over the centuries or millennia and today have become truths that, however, lead far away from It.
The Truth is often distorted, and even the meaning of words differs from their original meaning. It is therefore necessary to cleanse and restore concepts, as well as words, to their True meaning. Only in this way will we gain awareness, and therefore knowledge, of how Life really works.
Before delving into what polarities are and therefore the ordered pairs that create life, I will share Giordano Bruno’s thoughts on the matter.
In the philosopher’s vision, the universe is a single, organically formed body, with a precise order that structures every single thing and connects it to all others. The foundation of this order are ideas, eternal and immutable principles present totally and simultaneously in the divine mind, but these ideas are overshadowed and separated in the act of wanting to understand them. In the cosmos, every single entity is therefore an imitation, an image, a shadow of the ideal reality that supports it. By mirroring the structure of the universe in itself, the human mind, which contains not ideas but the shadows of ideas, can achieve true knowledge, that is, ideas and the connection that connects everything with everything else, beyond the multiplicity of particular elements and their change over time. It is therefore a question of trying to obtain a cognitive method that grasps the complexity of reality, up to the ideal structure that supports everything.
According to G. Bruno, this tool is based on the art of memory, whose task is to avoid the confusion generated by the multiplicity of images and to connect the images of things with concepts, symbolically representing all reality. In Bruno’s intentions, therefore, the art of memory is not merely a tool to foster memory, but rather a means that, based on metaphysical principles, allows for an understanding of reality: mnemonics and knowledge are therefore interconnected.
For Giordano Bruno, besides the fact that everything is interconnected and therefore everything is already related, he also tells us that we are in unity rather than in separation and it is important to reconnect ideas to their primordial concepts and also what quantum physics tells us today.
So if everything is united, the elements that create life, the generative polarities, are complementary entities and therefore differ from being equal or opposite. This means that the two beliefs above, to which life is based, are both false.
Let’s explain why the belief that like attracts like is wrong.
In physics, two equal things repel rather than attract each other. In fact, in the nucleus of an atom there are positively charged protons (as well as neutral neutrons), but they are all together because they are held together by what is called binding energy, which is the energy needed to assemble the nucleus from individual protons and neutrons. This energy is provided by the strong nuclear force. That is, it takes a lot of energy to hold the atomic nucleus together; otherwise, in nature, the protons would move apart and thus preclude life.

So why isn’t the concept, “we look for people who are like us, who get along with us, who have the same values. This is where the attraction lies, because similar elements are coherent with each other and therefore generate life,” correct?
The concept would be correct if “similar” were replaced with the word “similar.”
How, then, can the phrase “we look for people who are like us, who get along with us, who have similar values. This is where the attraction lies, because similar elements are coherent with each other and therefore generate life” be correct?
Let’s take an example… Homeopathy is famous for its therapeutic approach, which is based on the fundamental principle that “like cures like,” meaning a substance that can cause symptoms when taken in high doses can be used to treat similar symptoms when administered in minimal doses.
Similar because it is the same substance but, from a signaling perspective, has an opposite phase.
That is, if I add the two signals, I progressively tend to zero; they cancel each other out, which is why it heals.
If the two signals were equal, the disease would worsen.
Another example that also ties in with the second belief… Negative-sign electrons revolve around the nucleus.
So, based on the second belief, one might believe that the proton (+) and the electron (-) are two opposites.
Wrong, they are complementary!
In fact, remember that opposite means: things in contrast with others or that tend to exclude each other; contrary, antithetical, divergent.
In fact, the opposite of the proton is the antiproton, equal but with opposite sign, just as the opposite of the electron is the positron, equal but with opposite sign.
When two equal elements are combined, proton + antiproton or electron + positron, matter and antimatter are combined, and the result is the annihilation, the destruction of life.
Complementarity is what binds two entities!
The concept of complementarity in molecular biology refers to double-stranded DNA or RNA molecules or temporary hybrids between the two. These consist of two complementary strands of nucleotides, which are not covalently linked, but rather connected via two or three hydrogen bonds. That is, life, DNA, is composed of complementary elements.
Even better, complementarity in quantum mechanics is a principle due to N. Bohr, according to which the corpuscular and wave aspects of a physical phenomenon never manifest themselves simultaneously, but any experiment that allows the observation of one prevents the observation of the other. The two aspects are, however, complementary because both are essential to providing a complete physical description of the phenomenon.
Even the Binary System, which can be seen as a mathematical schematization of life, is composed of sequences of 1s and 0s. These two numbers are complementary rather than opposite (in fact, the opposite of 1 is -1).
Even the saying “two sides of the same coin,” referring to a coin, indicates that the substance is the same and the two sides are complementary to give meaning to the coin itself. If the two sides were equal in content, they would actually be opposites, making the coin lose its meaning.
Therefore, two complementary entities are necessary to fully define a phenomenon and thus realize life.
Furthermore, Soul Mates refer, spiritually speaking, to two souls part of a Logos, a Unity, which has split into two Souls—twins, in fact—that is, of the same nature but at the same time with complementary, i.e., similar, functions. If they were equal in every way, when they met they would destroy each other (matter and antimatter). Instead, they activate the Logos: an aspect of the Divine!
Finally, briefly recalling that two waves originating from two different regions of space are said to be spatially coherent if the phase difference between them remains constant over time. This is like saying that people united by coherence are similar to each other—that is, they are United rather than separate.
To quote G. Bruno: “The universe is a single, organically formed body, with a precise order that structures every single thing and connects it to all the others”!

In conclusion, Life exists, and therefore Creation exists, because there are ordered pairs of complementary elements that are related and attracted to each other, creating systems of coherence!
